"TRICK OR TREAT" pc game - need help

Hello. I am almost finished with this game, but I am stuck. Does anyone have a walktrhough? Most important, does anyone have the Protection Code Sheet for this game? Thank You!

First off, I have to disappoint you regarding the code sheet. It's a copy protection and we have an unwritten (maybe I should write it down in the rules) rule here to not support violations of these in any way. And it doesn't matter if this game is listed on abandon ware sites, either, because the legal issues with these are not entirely clear. I understand that it is aggravating when you own the original game but lost the copy protection somehow but there's nothing to be done unless the publisher is still active and one can look for help there.

That said, I'm sorry that I can't give you any hints for the game either because I've never played it. Maybe someone else here can help or has a walkthrough. I'll have a search, too.

Hello and welcome Jackiefudge! Mary has said everything concerning copy protection. We can't help you with that.

To which part of the game have you advanced? As I said in my review of the game, I could never get past the scene after our character got killed. The game always crashes at this point. If I would have been able to finish the games I would have written a walkthrough, as there is none on the net til now. I guess, that the game cannot be completed because of this technical bug. I also guess that's why nobody has written a solution since.

B.t.w. I wonder how you can say you have almost finished the game, as the copy protection questions do appear several times during the game and the codes couldn't be solved just by trial&error. Even I myself couldn't tell, if I was near the end of the game when it crashed.

I have only come across one Code Protection screen. I thought I was near the end of the game because I have found 8 of the 10 items on the two lists - but, apparently the game is longer than I realized.

Could someone please tell me:

1. Where is the punch bowl ? Is it the lamp from the upstairs hallway?

2. Where do you find the chalk ?
